Now, what car is called after today? Peugeot 204? Mais non, trop tot.
Keeping with the French theme we have the.....
Panhard 24. Their last car, commercially crippled because Citroen owned Panhard at the time and wanted the factory space to make their own models so the 24 was limited to two doors and cylinders.
No, I don't know how or if the wipers did their job properly.
Note that there were short and long wheelbase variants so have one of each.
Edit: now that I've read the text, it talks at length about the heating/demisting which involves the instrument on the glove box lid which is revealed to be a thermometer

Alternate 24: Volga 24. 24-24 had a V8 and the same brakes as the 4-cylinder variants. 24-95 was 4x4 prototype.

Besides the Panhard I also like m24 Volgas.

I'd even prefer these Volgas over that Panhard.

If I had to choose between Panhard 24 and Volga m24 I might consider m24 as well. Panhard Dyna Z1 would be hard to beat but that isn't related to today.

Funny to read that now :)
Eiichi Amano asked me to bring one back for him this summer... So I may have to drive one from France to England (where it gets shipped). I'll surely do an "Oppo review" of the car.

There are quite a number around and they're not very expensive.
